Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Mediavyr Player.

1. Media player only

Mediavyr Player is software for accessing and playing media sources selected by the user. Mediavyr does not provide, host, bundle, distribute or sell television channels, movies, series or other media content.

2. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and authorization to access and play any provider, playlist, stream, file or network library you connect to Mediavyr.

3. Third-party services

Mediavyr may connect to services, servers or providers selected by you. Availability, reliability, legality and performance of those third-party services are outside Mediavyr's control.

4. Free access and Premium

Mediavyr may offer an initial free-access period. No paid subscription begins automatically merely because the free-access period starts. Premium access may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time Lifetime purchase, as shown in the App Store and in the app.

5. App Store billing

Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription management, cancellation and eligible refund requests are handled through Apple's App Store systems and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Mediavyr to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, violate applicable law or access services without authorization.

7. Availability

Features may change as the app evolves. Some functionality depends on Apple services, your network environment, the configuration of your own servers and the availability of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimer

Mediavyr is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party streams, providers or servers.
